“Was no breakfast as advertised and sink was clogged. Original key didn’t work. Property is worn. Doesn’t look like they are keeping up with the property on the maintenance side. Great location, could be a nice property.”

“I definitely feel that the hotel staff should not close the pool on a weekend when the hotel is completely booked. I feel that this was done intentionally and was disappointing, I did express my disappointment with the front deck.”

“The building itself is older and needs some touching up. However the room was very clean, with new bedding, a very comfortable couch, a brran new tv with over 200 channels. For the price, you can not beat this hotel.”

“Such a cozy place to stay. Room was very comfortable and clean. Wonderful amenities. Parking right in front of the house. A short walk from any restaurants. Breakfast was delicious! We will be back in a few weeks!”

“Property was okay and so was the cleanliness. Could be better. The front desk was AWESOME! Very professional, helpful and lovely to talk to. The pictures showed the jacuzzi in by the pool area and, there was no jacuzzi. May not want to advertise that if you dont have it”

“The air conditioner did work at a minimum. There's no water in the pool I doubt there's any water in there for years. This place was obviously used by people that live there by the week. I wouldn't send anybody there”

“We had a wonderful overnight stay! The cabin is cozy and had everything we needed! John was an excellent host. He was very welcoming and communicated well! Also, if you love cats, this is the place for you! Zelda did a great job as the welcoming committee! ”

“This was our second stay at this property and we were thoroughly happy once again. Since our first stay in September, the owners have installed a fireplace and built a beautiful wooden mantle around it. It was warm and cozy during some very cold evenings. I even used the full kitchen to cook a thanksgiving dinner! This is my go to property every time I visit my son at GMC. ”

“Beautiful house with great access to the lake. The neighbors were very friendly. The community boat ramp is not very good at all. I won't use it again. There is a public ramp (Crosby's) located about 10 miles by car and approximately 1 mile by boat, which is very nice. If you are parking a truck and boat trailer at the Cabin, you must be an expert at backing a trailer, as it is very tight.”

“Didn’t see any host. Ice maker didn’t work. The Heater didn’t work very well no matter what setting think it needs to be checked out before someone gets there and the heater isn’t working properly which it is now. Other than that a very nice place Loved the big walk in shower and spacious living area and the wrap around porch.The carpet in the bedrooms was very rough on the feet,”

“Tom was super great to communicate with in the location of this duplex is super cool. So much to see in the area with a short drive or walking around the asylum property. A beautiful field filled with pecan trees around the properties as well. The unit was updated, but still a little bit more needs to be done. Still a great experience overall though. ”
